There could be several reasons why your pictures are not uploading properly.

The most common reasons are the type of photo and image size.

• Please make sure that your picture is in either .jpg or .gif format. These are the only types of picture formats we accept.
• Image size must be under 500KB. If your image is over the maximum allowed size, please resample your photo and try again.
